I am personally invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion because I was the student that sat in classrooms for years feeling as though somehow, I did not belong. I strive every day to ensure that no one never feels that way in an environment that I have created. My professional and educational background have afforded the knowledge and skills that assist in meeting these needs. I am well versed in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion and have proven to be a leader in this area throughout my career. It is my strong belief that as an educational influencer, my job is to help move education to the next level. This goal is accomplished through representation, knowledge, passion, and commitment.
